Tamara made her start as the biggest success to come out of Australia’s hit series, “Popstars.” After winning the show, Tamara joined the five-piece pop group Scandal’us, whose album “Startin’ Something” hit no.2 on Australia’s Official Music Charts and no.1 for the single “Me, Myself, and I.” The group went on to receive the ARIA award for Highest Selling Single that same year. Later, Tamara formed the duo Scarlett Belle and was signed to Island Def Jam Records by L.A. Reid himself. She has written and recorded with top visionaries and producers, including Snoop Dogg, NeYo, Dianne Warren, Dre & Vedal, Nate Dogg, Stargate, J.R. Rotem, and Chuck Harmony.
In addition to her musical chops, Tamara has also garnered a following as a popular television personality. In 2010, the entertainer’s fun-loving and charismatic disposition won the hearts of a nation, as she grooved her way to runner-up on Australia’s “Dancing with the Stars.”
Pooling from her extensive experience in the industry, Tamara is now busy writing fresh lyrics and dynamic melodies that connect with both her steadfast and new fans. Her sassy, honest, and effervescent personality is reflected in her raw, sometimes quirky songs, providing a new and captivating sound that is commercial without feeling manufactured. With her unbelievable range, effortless rasp, and intoxicating tone, Tamara’s voice is ideal for writers and producers looking to create fresh and innovative music hits.
